Welcome to LegionaryPeptides. By accessing our website, interacting with our domain, or purchasing our products, you (the “Purchaser” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must exit this site immediately and refrain from making any purchases.

1. STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO)

1.1. No Human Consumption: All products sold by LegionaryPeptides are explicitly for laboratory RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). They are absolutely NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, animal consumption, or therapeutic use.

1.2. Prohibited Uses: Under no circumstances shall our products be used as drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, or household chemicals. Misuse of these products is strictly prohibited. LegionaryPeptides reserves the right to cancel any order and permanently ban any Purchaser if we suspect the products are being used outside of a laboratory research environment or for human consumption.

2. PURCHASER ELIGIBILITY AND REPRESENTATIONS
By checking the agreement box at checkout and purchasing from LegionaryPeptides, the Purchaser explicitly represents and warrants the following:

2.1. Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age.

2.2. Professional Qualification: You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate academic or independent clinical research institution.

2.3. Knowledge of Handling: You are fully aware of the health and safety hazards associated with handling these chemical compounds. You possess the necessary facilities, equipment, and knowledge to handle, store, and dispose of these products safely and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including OSHA regulations.

2.4. Independent Research: You are responsible for conducting your own independent review of the hazards associated with the products you purchase. LegionaryPeptides provides no instructions or guidance on how to administer or utilize these products in any research protocol.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION

3.1. Assumption of Risk: The Purchaser acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with the handling of RUO peptides. The Purchaser assumes total responsibility and risk for the receipt, handling, storage, and use of all products purchased from LegionaryPeptides.

3.2. Indemnification: The Purchaser agrees to strictly indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LegionaryPeptides, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: Any breach of this Agreement by the Purchaser. The handling, possession, use, or misuse of the products by the Purchaser or any third party.

Any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from the unauthorized human consumption or improper handling of the products. Any regulatory or legal action brought against the Purchaser for violations of local, state, or federal laws regarding these products.

4. SHIPPING, REPLACEMENTS, AND RETURNS

4.1. Domestic Shipping Only: LegionaryPeptides currently ships exclusively within the United States.

4.2. All Sales Final: Due to the sensitive nature of our chemical products and the risk of degradation,

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

4.3. Damaged or Lost Packages: We will gladly replace products that are proven to have been damaged in transit or that fail to arrive.
Damaged Goods: To qualify for a replacement, the Purchaser must contact us at support@legionarypeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
Lost Goods: If tracking shows a package has not moved for 14 days or is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement will be issued.

5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

5.1. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards. By submitting your payment information, you authorize LegionaryPeptides to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order.

5.2. Chargebacks and Fraud: We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. Because all sales are final and our use-case rules are strict, any attempt to issue a chargeback through your credit card provider for reasons outside of our control (e.g., misunderstanding the RUO nature of the product) will be aggressively contested. The Purchaser agrees to be liable for any legal or collection fees incurred by LegionaryPeptides to recover funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: All products and services provided by LegionaryPeptides are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. LegionaryPeptides expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by California law, in no event shall LegionaryPeptides be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or research, arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. In no event shall LegionaryPeptides’ total liability to the Purchaser exceed the total amount paid by the Purchaser for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. Governing Law: This Agreement and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2. Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by mandatory, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Ventura, California.

7.3. Class Action Waiver: The Purchaser agrees to resolve any disputes with LegionaryPeptides on an individual basis. The Purchaser waives any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against LegionaryPeptides.

8. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

8.1. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

8.2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Purchaser and LegionaryPeptides regarding the subject matter herein, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
