1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

Ordering errors or accidental duplicates.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Our support team will review your submission promptly. If the claim is verified, we will prioritize sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Shipping and Delivery Issues
Carrier Errors: If an order is lost in transit due to an error on our part or a confirmed courier failure, we will issue a replacement or, in rare cases where a replacement is unavailable, a full refund.

Incorrect Information: Legionary Peptides is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

Refused Packages: Any packages refused at the time of delivery or returned to sender without prior written authorization from our support team will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is considered final.
